Course Overview
Sexual harassment has for too long been normalized, justified and made invisible. It has been tolerated as an inevitable part of life, particularly for women and girls. The recent global movements that have called out sexual harassment on a mass scale have set new expectations for accountability and action.
This course is designed to increase delegates capacity to identify sexual harassment and equips them with the skills to support/respond effectively to disclosures. We will discuss the impact of sexual harassment and will support delegates to devise strategies to effectively support survivors of sexual harassment.
