Course Overview
This course aims to give delegates an introduction to the Family Court system. We recognise that going to court can be scary and that if you are supporting someone who is set to go to court, the better prepared they are, the less stress there will be for the survivor and their child.
The session will allow you to work with survivors to understand, what to expect when they go to court and what options are available to the judge. The session will also discuss the list of things a survivor should gather for easy access during the hearings.
