Course Overview
Bystander Empowerment is a programme that aims to use social norms theory to educated delegates and encourage them to become an active bystander.
Additional time is allocated throughout this session to explore sexual violence, rape, consent and sexting, with the training helping those working during the night-time economy to better support women and girls.
