Course Overview
The workplace retains a central role in many people’s lives. With lots of people spending more time at work than on any other daily activity, it is vital that individuals within any organization feel connected and supported by peers and leaders.
We understand that positive social relationships among employees is how work gets done. Therefore, whether organisations and their employees flounder or flourish largely depends on the quality of the social relationships therein.
This course aims to provide delegates with science behind positive relationships at work and the importance of positive social interactions. The sessions will also discuss some of the ways positive and respectful employee interaction can be introduced and encouraged in the workplace.
